Biglychain

लाख कोशिशें कर लीं मगर, ये दिल जगाए नहीं जगता है। सदियों से सोया है जिस बिस्तर पर, उससे कतई छोड़ते नहीं बनता है। सुंदर सपना देख रहा है कोई, चेहरे पर मुस्कान गज़ब की आयी है। बंद आंखों से मानो बोल रहा हो, "यादों की इस चादर में, ऐ मालिक, नींद बड़ी सुहानी आयी है।" कुछ चुटकुले हैं, जिन पर वो हँसना चाहता है। कुछ आँसू रह गए, जिनहें वो पोछना चाहता है। और आज जब आखिरकार चला हूँ इसको जगाने, तो कुछ पल हैं जिनको दिल वापिस जीना चाहता है। खैर, अब उन कहानियों से भारी शामें ढल चूकीं, नई सुबह के सूरज में उठ खड़े हो जाना पड़ेगा। बिस्तर छोड़ वक़्त की गाड़ी पकड़ने, क्योंकि यादों का क्या है? आज नहीं तो कल एक नई चादर को खुद ही बुन जाना पड़ेगा।     --- HARSHIT MEHROTRA

                          - - Birthday - -  The most overrated day in every person's life, isn't it? All of us stay excited and lie in wait for the day we were blessed on this earth. Years ago, the day was so painful to our mother yet being a beautiful day for our entire family. After that this day was full of joy, sweets, chocolates and gifts. Childhood was all about a day to escape from our daily schedule, studies, homeworks, a day without any scoldings and our friends being invited to our house for a party. The evenings used to be so exciting waiting to see the the baloons in our home, some decorations, some lights and a delicious cake and our eagerness to cut it defined our happiness too. As soon as we cut the cake, gifts and blessings showered in the form of family, friends and relatives. And then someday we grew up....  Birthdays became no more exciting and enjoying. We love to celebrate and ...

I Don't promise that I will take care of you like a mother... but yeah I know I wont let you sleep hungry.. I dont promise i will find solutions to all your problems like your dad does,  but I will share all your problems and stand by your side.. I don't promise I will offer you chocolates to make you happy like your sister does but I will never let your life's sweetness become any less... I don't promise that I will be the teddy which you hold in your darkest times  but I am sure that I will be the light to make that darkness go away... I will be with you in every situation... I will never let you feel alone.. I will never let you curse yourself... I am gonna fight with others for you... Sometimes I may be rude but  that too deep inside I burn behaving that way...   To all the cheese and chocolate lovers out there! So what not to miss apart from the regular pizza and pasta we have at any cafe are these three dishes : Picture 1 is the exotic risotto which is a vegetarian-friendly risotto recipe for a smooth, refined dinnertime indulgence. It includes onions and zucchini and other vegetables for added texture, relying on garlic and pepper for its characteristic savory taste. The grated cheese, the olives and the mint leaves on it definitely makes it look more appealing. Picture 2 is a cheese fondue which is melted cheese served in a pot heated with a candle and eaten by dipping bread into it using long-stemmed forks. Picture 3 is the all time favorite of all the cafe lovers - The KitKat Shake which is a chocolate shake blended with KitKat and ice cream on top of it! It was a cheesy amazing overall and you should definitely try these at The Dugout!

Recently I had Chocolate Avalanche from Bon Appetite, Sector 1, Kolkata. Being a foodie I came across the cafe few months back and since then I was waiting for my visit. The cafe is well known among youngsters and food lovers. It has been a favourite place for most of the people and especially students because of its pocket friendly and appetizing food. This cafe has many good dishes but the Chocolate Avalanche becomes the show stopper of your day. Chocolate Avalanche was made up of :- 6 ounces  semisweet chocolate 1⁄3 cup evaporated milk 1  cup powdered sugar 1⁄2 cup black walnut 1 1⁄4 cups dried coconut. Everyone who loves chocolate and who comes with a sweet tooth will surely love this. Besides this I ordered Tomato Cheese Mixed Pasta and Cheese Paratha which left me amazed with their great taste top.
