§ 4 fresh or frozen
strawberries.
§ 2 fresh or frozen
kiwis, peeled.

bananas.
§ ½ cup low-fat milk.
§ 1 small container of
vanilla yoghurt.
§ 2 tablespoons honey.
§ 5 cubes of ice.
How to prepare:
§ Slice all the fruits in
a bowl.
§ Put all the ingredients
in the blender altogether.
§ Blend it for 60 seconds
to get a thick consistency.
§ Your drink is ready to
be served!
