How to use Zomato Gold?

Step 1 : When you arrive at the partner restaurant, open its page on the Zomato app.

Step 2 : Unlock your Zomato Gold visit and show your phone to the staff befor placing the order.

Step 3 : Place your order and enjoy the Zomato Gold experiences!

What else is important to know about Zomato Gold?

Each Gold member can get upto 1 complimentary dish, against their order.

The dish of the same or lesser value than the highest priced dish will be complimentary.

1+1 is valid on all dishes on the menu except special menus, set menus, platters, as per catch/size items, buffets and thalis.

You can share your complimentary dishes with your friends on the table.

Zomato gold benefits can be availed on dine-in only. Take away of leftovers is at discretion of the restaurant partner.

Your friends present can also use their Gold memberships at the same time.

Availing Zomato Gold requires a minimum of 2 people on the table.

Zomato Gold cannot be combined with any other offer.

Member must be physically present at the time of redeeming Gold benefits. The restaurant partner may ask for an ID proof.

Partner restaurant may charge additional charges, including but not limited to service charge, which are not covered under Zomato Gold Offers at it's own discretion.

Where did we use our Gold Membership?

1.      Vapour Bar Exchange, Global Foyer   Mall, Gurugram

 Dishes : Pao Bhaji Fondue and Crispy Chilli Corn

 Price : 355/- for each.

 Since, both were of equal rates, 355/- was the billing amount plus taxes.

 Dishes : Spicy Arrabiata and Wood Fired Pizza

 Price : 395/- and 415/- respectively.

 So, as per the Zomato guidelines, the item with the lesser amount will be complimentary. Hence, 415/- was the billing amount plus taxes.
