* juice of 1 lime

Method :-
1. Halve the papaya and scoop out and discard the grey black seed.Scoop out the flesh and chopped roughly,then toss with the lime juice.Peel and slice the banana.
2. Place the papaya,banana,orange juice and ginger in the blender.Blend for a few seconds or until smooth. Pour the mixture into 2 individual glasses and serves as a healthy breakfast as a option.
